This faceted dwelling in the Netherlands was designed by Monolab in 2001, and took only 6 months to build due to many prefab details. The faceted panels are epoxy on fiberglass on multiplex, and were one of the prefabricated components to this house. Steel trusses were also fabricated off site and craned into place, creating the inner core structure. One more example of how thoughtful design and fabrication utilizing low cost and efficient processes can lead to smooth construction, creating an innovative living space. All images via Monolab.
