Composites 2013, the convention of the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), convenes in Orlando Florida January 29-31. This convention covers a broad range of composites applications, but may be of real interest to architects as composite materials emerge in more diverse uses in the architectural arena.
From the ACMA wesbite:
COMPOSITES is the most diverse, dynamic convention and trade exhibition of its kind in North America for all users of composite materials. By focusing on the business of the composites, it provides applications and innovations, new ideas, solutions, companies to do business with and industry trends. COMPOSITES was named one of the 50 fastest growing shows in 2011 by Trade Show Executive magazine, further solidifying its position as the industry’s premier event, with decades of proven results for attendees and exhibitors. Produced by ACMA, net revenues are reinvested back into the composites trade association to support the industry. COMPOSITES is a vital forum for business, learning and networking.
Registration is open on the COMPOSITES 2013 website.
